Resident Evil 5
Excella Gionne was an antagonist in Resident Evil 5. She was a member of the Gionne family, which was well known and respected throughout Europe for their successful export-import business. Excella's model-like beauty and aristocratic upbringing made her haughty towards those around her, especially men. Her grandmother was of the Travis family, the founders of Tricell, Inc., which had bestowed Excella with quite a noble and storied lineage. She eventually became CEO of Tricell's African division, and the partner of Albert Wesker, sharing with him a vision for the future of the world. She intended to become the queen of the new world with Wesker as her king, that is, until she discovered his true motives.

Cindy Lennox

Resident Evil: Outbreak

Cindy is a 24-year-old waitress at J's Bar in Raccoon City. With a sparkling smile and a wonderful personality, she brings in many customers. She always does her best to help others out and always puother people before ts herself ; she is also a fan of the Raccoon City Zoo Mascot "Mr. Raccoon" and collects several little things related to him. Cindy's special ability is that she can heal her friends using her herb case, which can hold three of each herb, and another space for combined herbs.

Jill Valentine

Jill Valentine is a video game character in the Resident Evil survival horror series. She is one of the protagonists in the original Resident Evil, where she is introduced as a member of the Special Tactics And Rescue Service (STARS). She returned as the protagonist in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, where she was no longer a member of STARS, merely a citizen trying to survive the viral outbreak in Raccoon City. Jill returned in Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles and Resident Evil 5, where she was a member of the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance (BSAA). Portrayed by Sienna Guillory, she appeared in the second cinematic adaption of the series, titled Resident Evil: Apocalypse and is also the protagonist in Resident Evil: Genesis, the mobile phone adaptation of the series.

Ada Wong

Ada Wong is first mentioned in the first Resident Evil, in a letter written by a dying researcher, named John. She makes her first actual appearance in Residen

t Evil 2, secretly working as a spy ordered by an unnamed company to recover a sample of the G-virus. Ada poses as an innocent bystander who is searching for her

missing boyfriend, John, when she meets Leon S. Kennedy. Her secret agenda is exposed, but she is mortally wounded by Annette Birkin. An epilogue in Resident Evil 3, as well as a fictional documentary in Code: Veronica confirm that Ada survived the ordeal. The Umbrella Chronicles later retell the specific accounts of her survival.
Her next major appearance was in Resident Evil 4, where she assists Leon in his mission to rescue the new President's daughter Ashley Graham, although her true objective is to obtain a sample of the Las Plagas parasites for Wesker.

Rebecca Chambers
Resident Evil Zero

Rebecca Chambers was a rookie member of the S.T.A.R.S. Bravo team, with experience in the field of biochemistry. She is the sole survivor of the S.T.A.R.S. Bravo team, and also one of the four former S.T.A.R.S. members still alive. A gifted girl, Rebecca was able to graduate university by the age of 18. Her expertise in chemistry and medicine earned her a position in S.T.A.R.S. as Rear Security (RS) for Bravo team. She became the unit's youngest (and most inexperienced) member which made her quite nervous around her teammates. Because of this, she is eager to please and has been known to take on any task assigned to her without hesitation


Sheva Alomar
Resident Evil 5

Sheva is assigned to work alongside Chris throughout Kijuju to keep the natives from becoming hostile over the fact he's an American.

The two are sent to locate a weapons dealer named Ricardo Irving. They eventually track him down, but Irving manages to escape with the help of a mysterious cloaked woman. Chris finds files left behind by Irving with information on his old partner Jill Valentine. Sheva, seeing that she and Chris are outnumbered, pleads with Chris to retreat. Chris tells Sheva how his long-time partner Jill died during a mission to arrest Ozwell E. Spencer of the Umbrella Corporation. Sheva changes her mind once she learns of Jill and sees Chris' determination to find her.

Claire Redfield

First appears in Resident Evil 2, which revolves around her search for her missing brother. She arrives in Raccoon City to find the town being overrun by zombies. Claire meets up with Leon Kennedy, but along the way she is separated from him. The rest of the game focuses on Claire's attempt to escape from the city alive. She maintains radio contact with Leon and teams up with a young girl named Sherry, while fighting against the various creatures infesting the precinct, including a mutated William Birkin. In the aftermath of the game, Claire escapes from the lab along with Leon and Sherry and eventually the three of them manage to destroy the mutated Birkin. As revealed in the epilogue of Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, Claire left the city to continue her search for Chris, while Leon and Sherry were retrieved by the US military.
